​This registration form gives you the option to defer payment on the registration fee or request a discount or waiver. Students eligible for free or reduced lunch in school may have the fee reduced or waived.

 

You will be placed you on our waiting list until a plan for paying the registration fee is set up and the first payment is taken, or until the waiver/discount is finalized.

Note: The registration fee is seen as paying for the services rendered in setting up a new student and is therefore considered fulfilled by SSO upon filling out this form.

Billing Preference: Choose how often you wish to be billed for lessons. For example, quarterly would mean paying for 3 months at a time.
