Hello! Use this form to streamline the process of setting you up with a substitute teacher while your regular instructor is out. Below you will enter your name, your student's name and instrument. After that you can choose from a short list of available instructors for your substitute lesson(s) and which week you would prefer to schedule your lesson with them. Please note, this is only designed to get the process started and a follow up will be required to make sure a time slot can be found that works for both you and the teacher.

At the bottom of the form you can request to just work on general musical elements such as theory or scales rather than any particular piece if it is preferable to you. If this is selected then the instructor will know to prepare to go over theory elements or answer specific questions you may have and not offer advice on technique, musicianship, or anything else regarding "how to play."
